For Referring Vets
How do I refer a patient to you?   Each patient needs a referral form.  There is on this site in the  Referring Vets section or you can call us and we will fax you one.

What information will I receive?   We will provide you with a summary of the results of our tests and diagnosis along with treatment plan.  After each treatment session, we will provide you with an update on the patient's condition.

What information should I provide regarding the patient?  The referral form has the information that we need.  Any relevant patient history and results from test that you have performed that lead to your diagnosis of cancer.

What information do you have that I can give my patients?  We have developed an informational brochure that explains cancer and what treatments may be necessary.  You can obtain copies of this by calling our office.

What information do you have that explains our relationship after the referral?  We have developed a brochure describing the partnership that we have with our referring veterinarians.  You may obtain a copy of this by calling our office.
